I am an Elite Plus Member, and make dozens of orders each year. I would like to see all my orders online, but the orders stop displaying after a while of scrolling. I was told via chat that it is limited to 10 orders. They did say that I could call and they could provide the information via email, but when I called, they said that they could not, and that I had to use the app or look online. I experienced the same thing in the app as online though. Is there a way someone can help me? Amazon provides a way to view orders by date range, which would be very helpful if your site also provided that ability. Thank you.
