Hello, I've been trying to create a Best Buy account for the past few days, but it fails everytime. I get this error message:
Sorry, there was a problem creating your account.
Please review your info and try again.
It also says I need to enter a valid phone number, but the phone number I currently use does not work. It's an American phone number and I don't remember creating any Best Buy accounts under my name before, though I did sign up for a membership in-store with my number so that might be causing the problem. How can I fix this?

EDIT: Tested a few things, such as diabling all adblockers. None of it worked. I don't use a VPN, I use an ethernet connection. Latest Internet Explorer, Windows 10.
