Cancelled order and lost my rewards bonus

I accidentally cancelled my order {removed per forum guidelines} when I only meant to change it and lost my $30.00 reward. What can I do? I still need to use it. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Steve

Welcome back to our community forums. As a My Best Buy member, I know I would want to make sure I was able to use every My Best Buy certificate I could when making a purchase. I appreciate you reaching out and would be glad to see if I can help you figure out what happened with this certificate.


Generally, My Best Buy certificates can take up to three days to be available in your account again. Bonus or promotional certificates are considered one-time use and are not refunded as they do not have a point value. If you're not sure what type of certificate was used, I'd be glad to take a closer look at this purchase for you. I will need to gather a few more details so I can continue to review this.
