Cancelled an order using a rewards certificate and still isn't in my account

I cancelled an order on November 27th that had used a $15 reward certificate. I was told by someone from the Twitter support PM's that it should be back in my account within 3-6 business days. Obviously that time has passed and I still don't have my reward certificate back in my account.

Welcome back, though I wish it were under better circumstances. Purchases don't always work out the way we hope, and when they don't, we do our best to make the refund process is as simple as possible. Whether you've returned a purchase or cancelled an order, you should typically be able to see your points credited in just a few days if you've redeemed a certificate, as mentioned in the post below.
