Cancelled Rewards

I had $190 in rewards in my account that were unused. They were going to expire 4/1/2023. As of 3/9/23 they are gone. Rewards history doesn’t show where they went. I called customer and they cannot explain it. They asked if I am a reseller and I clearly said no. I have only bought a home theater and a microwave that were both installed in my home by Best Buy / Geek Squad so not sure how I could even qualify as a reseller.

I would also be frustrated if my Reward Points were no longer active in my account. I would be happy to look into this for you!
