Today is my Birthday.
Yesterday I had ordered an item from your website that I had been looking forward to purchasing because it was estimated to arrive today. I had used a 10% Birthday Discount at purchase.
Sadly, the estimate was off and woudln't arrive till some time next week now. So I canceled the item, and went to order it for store pick up (as I should have in the first place....since the Dinner I'm being taken to is next door to Best Buy)
Low and behold, it is telling me the Discount has already been used, and cannot be used again.
Is there a way to have the discount/coupon reissued?
I can give the order # if needed.

Welcome to the forum! It’s wonderful to hear you received a birthday coupon as they are not guaranteed to be received by everyone. This coupon is a great way to help you save some extra money when treating yourself to something special.
With that said, I’m discouraged to hear you chose to cancel your order due to the fulfillment date not being what we originally estimated. I understand why you would though, especially if you could so easily pick up your order before or after your birthday dinner. As these coupons are considered one-time use, they are not reissued or reinstated upon an order’s cancelation or return of a purchase.
