I've been trying to login to bestbuy.com for days. I'm being asked to verify my account but I never receive the verification code via email or text message. I've tried the advise offered in similar threads on the issue - clearing cookies, etc (I have no idea how that should even work anyways) and the problem persists. I've also used different browsers on my pc, laptop and ipad.
I'd like to get this fixed so I can make a purchase.

I know you mentioned you had previously tried a few steps that you found here on the forum, but you didn't mention which particular ones you tried. Since none of these did the trick, I'll need to take a closer look at your account.
