Hi! I'm able to enter my log in details (account and password ok) and it asks me to verify my account by sending an email. I never receive the email. I've tried different PCs and my iphone, and the same. I am receiving emails ok from the Best Buy ads and my email account is working fine.

I'm currently having issues logging into the site. I keep getting a message that my login info is incorrect. To play it safe, I reset my password yesterday, and I thought that fixed the problem. I just tried to log in again, and I got the error message once again. Please help me resolve this issue quickly.

I ordered something online but when I go into my purchases it tells me I have to complete my account. When I hit complete my account it tells me to put in the verification code but I havent received it at all. I want to know whats the best way to fix it. I want to see my previous purchases and current ones too.

The holiday season usually means more online orders are being placed, which means more members are logging into their rewards account. We may ask a member to enter a verification code if a significant amount of time has passed since their last login. If for some reason you are not receiving an email with a verification code, then please check the following:
1. Double check any Spam/Junk or Promotional folders you may have.
2. Allow at least 15 minutes for a verification email to arrive.
3. Make sure you are using the English version of whichever browser you are trying to login with.
4. Do you have any previous passwords still saved? If so, delete them and try again.
5. Is an ad blocker turned on? If so, turn it off.
6. Are you using a VPN? If so, try logging in without it.
7. Are you using a non-private Wi-Fi network (coffee shop, airport, etc.)? Try logging in with a private network.
8. Add BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your contacts list.
If after checking off each one of those boxes you are still having trouble logging into your BestBuy.com/My Best Buy™ account, then please feel free to send a private message here. We will help make sure the information tied to your rewards account is up-to-date, that you only have one active rewards account, and that your primary rewards account is properly linked to your BestBuy.com account. Make sure to include your name, phone #, and email address in your private message.

I'm having the same issue now on 2 different accounts. Resetting fixes it temporarily, logging out then attempting to log back in creates the issue again...
This happens on any device and any browser I use.
