I purchased a external hard drive on December 16th. My order total was $85.07. I never got points for that order. I tried the link report missing points but that link is not accepting my information which is very weird. Its been close to two months now. How I can get my points?
Secondly, when I ordered this hard drive, it was listed in a weekly promotion. It was mentioned that if someone purchase any item from weekly promotion (order online and pick it up in store), customer will get $10 gift card. But this never happened.
Can you guys please help me on these or guide me who can resolve these?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your missing points, as well as your missing $10 savings code for participating in our store pickup offer back in December. As points should post within 20 days, you've certainly allowed plenty of time and even used our Report Missing Points tool trying to claim your points. I'm sorry you've had trouble with this, and on top of that, haven't found your store pickup offer fulfilled.
Using the details you registered with the forum, I actually see that your order has been attached to your membership and 0 points were awarded due to your payment type. Please know that portions of purchases paid for by gift card, reward certificates, or My Best Buy credit card when financing is chosen would not be eligible for points under our My Best Buy program terms. I apologize for any disappointment that this may cause you but hope it clarifies your experience.
As for your store pickup offer, have you checked your spam or advertising inboxes to ensure it wasn't filtered there? These $10 savings codes were fulfilled for qualifying orders between 1/14 and 1/18.

Thank you for your response Tasha. I was not aware of this condition if gift card payment will not earn points.
Also, I have checked spam/junk folder on my email and I don;t see any email from Bestbuy. Looks like I never received $10 saving code.
Can you please further check?
