Can't register business account

I tried to register an business account online with my existing personal account, it always failed said can't verify my business information, tried register as new account, same error. Contacted 1888 support number, told me they can't help then hang up the phone Smiley Sad.

So anyone knowns how I can solve this issue, personal account has too many restriction.

In order to have a personal and a business account with us, they will need to be separate, and with separate e-mails for each. Let me know if this works for you, of if you need further assistance. Hi Deysha,

Thanks for the reply, but same error when I try to set up a business account with a new email address.

Please let me know what should I do, the customer service said the same thing and the local store really helpless.
