Every time I click the Sign In link inside of the My Account dropdown, I'm redirected to the Homepage.
I'm getting a 302 error on the sign in token path: https://www.bestbuy.com/identity/signin?token=tid%3A0de9c671-831f-11e9-9072-005056aedf5a
I will try clearing my cache, but there might be customers that don't know they need to do that so it's probably something you should look into. I honestly wasn't sure of where I should post this since the support section isn't very helpful so feel free to move this post if it's in the wrong place or anything.

Quick update, I cleared cache and cookies and this issue persists. This is frustrating as I was about to buy an item that is currently on sale and might not be on sale any longer once this issue is fixed.

Clearing cache usually fixes the issue, so it was smart thinking to give that a try.
