I have a membership Id and have received emails to it confirming that I am a member of BestBuy's rewards program. However, whenver I attempt to log in to my account, I receive a message saying that, "We didn't find an account with that email address"
But, whenever I go through creating an account, I receive a message saying, "Sorry, there was a problem creating your account."

While logging into an account isn't necessary to place an order on BestBuy.com, as we have the guest checkout option, you do need to login in-order to access your rewards account and any points or certificates that might be available. It's also makes keeping track of your past purchases that much easier when they're attached to a rewards account. I login so often it has almost become part of my routine.
