I'm trying to set up an account for Best buy so I can complete an online order. When I attempt to reset my password, I get an error message:
"We received a request to reset your password on BestBuy.com®.
However, we don't have an account associated with this email address. You can try to sign in with a different email address."
So, when I try to create an account, I get the following message:
An account with this email already exists.
Please sign in or use a different email address.
It is indeed a catch 22. What can I do?

As someone who does almost all of my shopping online, I can understand how frustrating it would be to receive these two different messages when trying to create an account.
