When I attempt to create a new account using my email, it says 'Sorry, there was a problem creating your account.
Please review your info and try again.'
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for joining our online community and posting to our forum, although I hate to hear you may be having issues creating a My Best Buy account. We definitely want to see you enrolled in our program and earning rewards for your purchases! Are you using a non-English browser or a VPN? Sometimes that can create an issue.
