Been trying for the last few days to make an account on bestbuy.com but it gives the following error:
Sorry, there was a problem creating your account.
Please review your info and try again.
Which is useless since there are no fields marked with an error. I've tried multiple emails and the google account option but get the same error each time. Any help is appeciated.

That said, if you're nervous about missing out on a sale price, you can check out as a guest, and we can help you set up your account for future purchases.
I can understand why that error message would be upsetting. Could you elaborate on how you're trying to create the account? Have you tried different browsers and still received that message? I know sometimes switching the browser can do the trick!

While I'm happy to hear that you were able to create an account using Chrome, that's odd that it kept giving you an error in other browsers. If you run into any other questions or concerns, please let us know!

I can also confirm this problem: over serveral days, I could not create an account and would always get a vague "something went wrong" message without any indication of the problem. After reading this, I tried on Chrome (had been using Firefox) and suddenly it worked fine.
