Can't access account - Verification Code never received

I'm trying to get in to my account but it is wanting to verify by either e-mail or text. I've tried both options, but I never recieve a code to verify my account.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your verification troubles. Logging into BestBuy.com should be a simple task, even if you have to reset your password. We may occasionally ask you to verify your account which helps keep it secure. With that said, I'm sorry you're having difficulties receiving the email or text to do so.
