Can't access My Best Buy Mobile and missing upgrade points

I recently noticed that I'm no longer able to access My Best Buy Mobile, and I have been a member for at least a couple of years. It's only giving me the option to register. I upgraded a phone in January, and received my 1250 points about two weeks after. I just upgraded another line on my account two weeks ago, on April 6th, and I still have not received my 1250 points and do not see them pending. I have never not received my points for an upgrade before, and I even received an email saying thanks for the upgrade and that I'd receive access to special offers. I'm not sure what's going on, but I really want those points to post because I have sometime I planned to purchase with them. I'd also like to be able to access my best buy mobile information again. If you could help with any information I'd appreciate it.
