I recently purchased two items from a Best Buy store. My number was not working. I have two separate reciepts and I went to Missing Reward Points, I entered the smaller one which was around $400. I then tried to enter in my larger one around $1300 and I keep getting an unexpected error. Is this because the Customer Service PIN is the same? How do I fix this.

Sounds like you might be encountering a limitation we have in place when it comes to reporting purchases as "missing" on BestBuy.com. There is a limit of one missing purchase per member per calendar month, so if you were able to successfully report one of the purchases, then the second purchase can't be reported online until next month. Maybe I can help report it for you.
