Whenever I try logging in it either tells me I need to reset my password, or gives me an error "Oops! The email or password did not match our records". When I do reset my password, it does the same thing. This happens on all my devices. I've tried clearing my cache, and have no VPN.

While logging into an account isn't necessary when placing an order online, as we have the guest checkout option, you would need to be able to login in-order to access your rewards account and any points or certificates that might be available. It's also easier to keep track of purchases when they are attached to a rewards account. Are you still having trouble logging in?
