I'm unable to create an account (tried two different emails). I keep getting a message that theres a problem with my information. When I try to reset my password, I'm emailed saying there is no account on file. No matter what I do, I can't seem to create an account.
I've ordered through Best Buy before via PayPal and I don't think I've ever created an account when presented the option during checkout.
I was almost completing a purchase of a Series X when Best Buy had to verify my identity and so I never received a verification code at my email or my phone you have on file.
Can you please reset my account?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues creating an account with us! Further, I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to place an order for a Series X. I can imagine this has been quite disappointing, and I'd be happy to see what I can do to help.
To start, do you use a VPN or ad-blocker when visiting our website? If so, I would recommend turning these off to prevent any problems. Is your browser's default language English?

Hi Meg,
Thank you for the advice. I used my personal laptop (no VPN) and turned off adblocker and I was able to get my account created and setup.
