I am trying to change my email address on my Best Buy account. I put in all the required fields and I get a message that a code was sent to my new email address. I never receive the code and I have tried two of my other email addresses. If someone could help, that would be fantastic.

Sounds like your rewards account might already be linked to a BestBuy.com account using an alternative email address, and before a verification code can be delivered, your rewards account will need to be delinked from all BestBuy.com accounts, which then frees it up to be linked to another BestBuy.com account whichever email address you prefer.
