I was trying to use my certifacates sent to me by email from BestBuy credit card but they are not working when I try to order online and the email says you can use them online. The certifacates are not showing up automacticly on my account.

I've been a member of our rewards program for almost 15 years and still get a big kick out of redeeming my certificates. It doesn't matter if a certificate is valued at $5 or $20. It just never seems to get old. I mean, who doesn't like to save a few dollars, right? Did the email you receive mention if the certificate was being awarded as a bonus? If so, then the bonus may require activation via the email before it will be visible in your rewards account. Otherwise, if it's an everyday certificate comprised of the points you've been awarded, then the certificate should be visible when you login, as long as it hasn't expired or been redeemed.
I'm also curious to see if perhaps you have more than one rewards account and the account with the certificate just isn't linked to your BestBuy.com account, which would prevent you from being able to access it. A merge of those rewards accounts could easily solve that though.
