My email is not tied to an account.  I have tried both Firefox and Chrome, on Win10(real and VM), Linux, and Android, just in the odd chance your site checks for user agent and doesn't like something.  Tried with adblocker turned off in normal tab, and in private windows.  I'm not using a VPN.

 

I would have just messaged someone with my details but figured that might be rude.

Thank you for posting on our forum for support, although I hate to hear about the account issue you've run into. I understand you've attempted a variety of troubleshooting steps already, and I'd like the chance to share a few other things that may help in your account creation.

  • If you’re using a non-English browser, please switch over to an English based browser
  • If you are using a hosting service, try logging in on an open network
  • If you’re working on a non-private Wi-Fi network such as a coffee shop, a restaurant, an airport, etc…, try using your mobile device’s data or using a private Wi-Fi network
