There are only a few days left to qualify for Elite and Elite Plus status during the 2020 calendar year, and with the ushering in of 2021, each member's spending total will soon be reset to $0. To get a head start on the millions of active rewards accounts, we'll be temporarily removing the spending bar from BestBuy.com and the mobile app; however, the spending bar should be back up within about week or so. Also, our ability to process merge requests will be turned off while spending totals are reset. While requests can still be submitted, we just won't be able to process a merge until the function is turned back on.
