I got an email offering a $30 Bonus Reward Certificate if I spend $200 by 10/3. See below:
Earn a $30 reward certificate with your Card.
Spend $200 or more at Best Buy with your My Best Buy® Credit Card and get a $30 reward certificate. See exclusions below.
When I click through with the Activate Offer button, the next screen tells me all about the offer and says "It looks like you're not eligible for this offer", but it makes no explanation of why or that that could even be possible except that the offer is only valid for who it was sent to. I checked the email and it was sent specifically to my email address.
Is there something wrong with my account?
