It's nice to see you again too! There are a few "regulars" I expect to see on the forum during each Early Access event and you are one of them. I sincerely appreciate your feedback, as I know first-hand how much our members have enjoyed the event in the past, and will make sure those above me are made aware.

It's good to see you again this year!......However, in a year where there is a minimum of things to look forward to, BB really missed the mark this time. Staying up and hunting those good deals the Monday before BF has beena ritual since the beginning of Early Access. Imagine my surprise when I found out this morning that it's already live. The TV deals gone! It was disappointing to say the least. I know you have nothing to do with the strategy of this decision but the masterminds need to know that the appreciation we felt of being Elite plus members has gone away. I feel many will return the favor in kind.
I couldn't agree more Thymer. I always thought early access was Monday the week of Black Friday. I wake up for work and check my emails and the TV deals are gone. I thought maybe it was my fault and I missed an email. I searched and found no emails to let me know this is coming. One of the biggest perks of being an Elite member just dropped without warning. What perk is there to being an Elite member now? I don't know why this decision was made, but I feel it was terrible to do this without any kind of heads up. It did a lot of loyal customers wrong and I'm sure I am not the only one frustrated.

I just love the way the Best Buy rep ignores the situation and then deflects to one of his "faves". Why even show up at all?
If you are going to have tiers of loyal customer, then treat them as such. Yes, you may get a few complaints on here, but ninety percent of that discontent just wrote you guys off with out even wasting their precious time posting.

This year's early access sale is extremely disappointing. I really hope someone that holds a high role in the elite program will read this. Why isn't everything that is in the Black Friday ad available? What is available now aren't even items
that i want to buy. The selection of video games is disappointing. The only movies that are available for purchase are Disney movies. Maybe I'm clicking on the wrong link?
Best Buy, please give me a reason to stay an elite member. It seems like every year this program gets worse and worse. I really hope this does not continue to happen.
I will end this with something positive: the Best Buy customer service is great. I do love that there is a place like this to engage with other members and with Best Buy people. Keep that going please!

The Early Access event will usually include most of the Black Friday deals minus some of the major Door Busters, as those are generally held for the in-store event on Black Friday. All available deals can be found on BestBuy.com by scrolling down to the banner pictured below and logging into your rewards account. The feedback each of you has provided thus far is greatly appreciated, and I've been forwarding that feedback on to higher management for proper review.
