Birthday reward

I received an email for my birthday reward but when I click the email it says I’m no longer eligible for the reward. Can I get some help with this?

Welcome to the Best Buy forum, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

 

With the excitement of your birthday, a bonus coupon could almost feel like the cherry on top. It would be hard to enjoy that cherry though if you can't find it.  Unless the coupon as expired, it sounds like you might have more than one rewards account.  The birthday coupon would be tied to a specific rewards account, which would need to be linked to your BestBuy.com account in-order to be redeemed.  You would encounter an error when trying to access the coupon if a different rewards account is linked to your BestBuy.com account.

 

That is why I believe you have more than one rewards account.  No worries though, as a merge can easily fix that.  Any points or certificates in the secondary rewards account would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge, including a birthday coupon.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below and I will take a closer look at your rewards account.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button found in my signature.
