I heard through the grapevine (my mom) that if you tell someone your birthday wish that it won't come true, so make sure to keep your wish a secret. The birthday coupon offering 10% off a single-item is sent to a random selection of members who have a birthday attached to their rewards account, so there aren't any guarantees a member will receive one. Did you receive an email with a birthday coupon? If so, then all you should need to do is activate the coupon and add an eligible item to your online shopping cart.
I took a quick peek and it looks like you might currently have more than one rewards account, and if the rewards account with the birthday coupon isn't linked to your BestBuy.com account, then you won't be able to redeem it. I'd suggest we look into merging the rewards accounts you have, which should then allow you to redeem the coupon.
