Birthday coupon issue

I purchased two earphones in store and used my birthday coupon along with other certificates I had. I ended up exchanging the earphones that my birthday coupon was applied to for another one. While the certificates carried over to the new set of earphones my birthday coupon did not because the earphones were on sale. This was 2 weeks ago. I am now trying to place another but it says I have used that coupon which technically I haven’t since the item was returned. Can someone help with this, thanks

Thanks for posting on our forum for support with your birthday coupon. I'm glad to hear you received this and were able to use the reward toward a pair of headphones you had your eye on. I can understand your concern when you didn't see this coupon returned to you after completing a return/exchange, and I'm happy to help.

 

Bonus/promotional certificates are intended to be one-time use coupons. No points are awarded for these certificates, so when the points are credited for most certificates, there is nothing to be returned for promotional ones. For more details on this, you may wish to review the post below.
