Birthday Reward

I called customer service but have been on hold for over an hour now so i thought I’d try my question here.
So I was going to buy something when I went to redeem my rewards the birthday reward said expired in March 2019. My birthday is in August. How do I get this fixed?

That is certainly strange to hear. Generally, these are sent at the beginning of the birth month of the customer. It's possible that your birthday on file is incorrect. We can go ahead and take a look and see how we can help. To start, I ask that you shoot us over a private message with your full name, email address, and phone number. Please feel free to also include your date of birth. We'll see what we can do from there!
