A birthday coupon was issued to me for the month of march and it was going to expire on 3/31/2021. Last week I was able to apply the coupon on few items on my online bb account. Today I do not see the coupon. I did order an item last week, but did not use the 10 percent coupon. I am not sure what else I can do. On a side note I never recieved an email from BB at any point regarding the coupon (checked spam and trash folders to confirm). If someone can guide me to a solution that would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for joining our online community and posting for support. There are many perks associated with being a My Best Buy member, and receiving birthday coupons is one of them. While I'm glad you ended up receiving one of these coupons, I hate to hear you are having issues using it towards an order now. I'd like to do what I can to help.
As far as the birthday bonus coupon, it should be valid for the entire month of your birthday expiring at 11:59 p.m. CT on the last day of the month. All you would need to do is add an item to your online shopping cart, and if the item you added is eligible, then you should see the coupon displayed on the final page during checkout. You would just need to click on the coupon to apply the 10% savings.
I understand you said at one point the coupon was showing up in your online cart, and now it's not. Additionally, can you please explain if you received an initial email about receiving this coupon? It would have come from BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com. Please follow up with me in a private message and also include your full name, email, and phone number.
