Birthday 10% promotion not showing up in account

(Hi, i've seen a couple of posts about this, but decided to make a new thread since I wasn't sure if those posts are still monitored.)

 

Please let me know what I need to get the 10% coupon to show up in my account.  My coupon expires tomorrow night, and while I've made a couple trips to bestbuy stores to buy a google wifi device (not on the exclusion list), I haven't been able to get them to get the 10% off to show up.

 

The store associates see my rewards certificate codes, but the 10% off coupon does not show up when we use the barcode.  I can't get it to show up in the mobile app either.  I've tried using it online as well, same problem.

 

Happy to provide my personal details to a customer service rep by private message.

Welcome and happy birthday! It's fantastic to hear you received one of our elusive birthday coupons to receive 10% off a single item. With your eyes set on a Google Wi-Fi device, I'm sure you've been eager to make the purchase and apply your coupon. 

 

While I don't have the exact SKU you're looking at, based on a cursory search, it seems many of these devices are on sale. Please note that the birthday coupon excludes sale items, as it may only be applied to "regular" or "was" prices. If this doesn't seem to be the case, please share the SKU with me, and I'll be delighted to take a closer look with you!
