Birthday 10% never added to any products I paid for

My birthday was 28th of January.


I was trying to file all of my receipts and order confirmations from last month of January and I realized that none of the discounts were applied when I made sure I clicked it and purchased it.


It also had 10% applied to the item but I didn't realize that the item was charged into my card without having 10% on it.


Why was this happening? And is it even possible to get some kind of make up for this site's error?
