I received a 10% Birthday coupon and it said it doesn't expire until 6/30. For some reason, the link the in email now a nonexistent page and I do not see the certificate in my rewards page either. Can I get this reissued before 6/30?

I've heard through who I consider reliable source (my mom) that if you tell someone your birthday wish that it won't come true, so make sure to keep your wish a secret. As far as the birthday bonus coupon, it should be valid for the entire month of your birthday expiring at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day, so 6/30. You can ignore the link in the email you received if the coupon has been activated. All you would need to do is add an eligible item to your online shopping cart, and if the item you added is eligible, then you should see the coupon displayed on the final page during checkout. You would just need to click on the coupon to apply the 10% savings. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Before Sunday, the coupon was on my rewards page and I was able to apply it from my car. On Sunday, it was gone. Maybe there was a mistake in how the coupon expired or appeared online and counted this week that has 3 days of June as part of July?
Idk. Either way, I sorted it out with Customer service and made an order through them.

If the coupon wasn't displayed in your cart during checkout on Sunday, then it likely means whatever you had in your cart wasn't eligible per the coupon terms. That coupon does have quite a few exclusions, including any item on sale. You can test to see if the coupon is still active by adding something smaller, like a DVD, to your cart.
