Me and my wife made a big in store purchase today and it is not showing up in my best buy account purchase history since it is going to be delivered and kind of need to schedule when it will be delivered. We also just signed up for the total tech thing today as well. Any of the schedule links in the emails they sent me are dead links and just send me to the home page. This is the only best buy account I have ever had as well.
