Bestbuy Cardmember discount lost after return

Hello! I had purchased a wacom cintiq pro 24 from bestbuy two weeks ago which I had applied my cardmember discount to. I got nearly $200 off my total purchase. I get it home, and noticed that the fan inside the tablet was buzzing. I contact wacom, and they tell me that it should not buzz, so i returned it. Upon doing so, I end up losing my %10 discount, and didn't understand why. I asked the customer service rep why, and I was told that the cupon had expired, and that I could call the 1-888 number to have that resolved. Fine. Next day, I call the number, and was pretty much thrown around departments til someone was actually able to tell me that the cupon was 1 use only, and that they could not help me. I was wonder if that really is the case? Is there a way I can get my my cupon back, or am i screwed?

Thanks for reaching back out for support on our forum. I hate to hear you ended up returning your recent purchase, and in turn losing your 10% discount. As you had seen, this discount can really add up on large purchases, and I'd be looking for answers in this situation as well.
