I somehow have two bestbuy accounts. I want to close one of them, and having to spend time finding a way to do that I realized I should not be required to make a support account, make a post here, wait for a representative to apply and further communicating in private to get my account closed.
This is something BestBuy should think about and improve on.

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for being a My Best Buy member! Having multiple memberships can be a challenge to manage, so I can understand why you may wish to cancel one.
While we're unable to delete BestBuy.com profiles, we should be able to either cancel or even merge your My Best Buy memberships so that you only have to worry about one. For more information on merges, please feel welcome to check out the article below.
