BestBuy rewards issues

Hello, I recently made a few purchases, it shows me the points awarded for the items I purchased but it’s still showing up as 0 even though it’s been more than 15 days. I tried calling BestBuy support and they told me I have to wait for the another team to check on my account well it’s been 5 days and still no call or email.

I spoke to customer service and was told to wait for the system to update. Thanks.

Missing certificate not being added.

I’ve had this issue since Jan 15. Spoke to numerous BestBuy support teams and nothing is being done. All I get is escalations of my case that in reality go no where. On the 24th I had Missing Certificate points show up on my rewards history but it never actually posted on my account. I was told wait 24hours, till now nothing has officially posted. I am posting again in hopes I actually get someone to move a muscle and help me with this issue once and for all.
