Somehow, Best Buy has the incorrect name associated with my online acct.
My email and phone numbers are correct, but the name is not, and the address WAS in Colorado. (I managed to change that)
I've tried to get internal tech support, if that's what you call it, to fix it and they can't. Do we have to completely delete the account so I can make a new one?
