Points, Policies & Certificates

I just received an email about some of my rewards points expiring soon, so I logged in to see how much I have accumulated. I bought a $2000 TV within the last year, along with some other less expensive items here and there, so I assumed I would have a considerable amount built up from those purchases. I've never used my points before, but upon looking at my history, it very consistently shows that within a couple days after each large transaction, someone cashes out most of my earned points for a gift certificate. I don't have any friends/family that piggyback on my account, and nobody I know would have even known about my purchases that quickly after I made them, so what exactly is going on here?

Being able to use the certificates generated from accumulated points is one of the perks I have always enjoyed. Finding that you are missing certificates is a disappointment. Please send a private message that includes your full name, phone number, and email address. Though I will be leaving the office soon, I can begin looking into this upon my return on Tuesday.
