Best Buy coupon issue

I had a birthday coupon. Went to redeem it. Didn’t buy anything. Tried to redeem again and not it says it was used but it wasn’t. Customer service said no one will help me because there is no “coupon “ department and I’m out of luck. Is there anyone out there who can help?

It's always a great surprise to get a coupon like this and I know I would want to make sure I was able to use it if I were in the same position. It sounds a bit strange that you didn't use this coupon and can't use it. I'd be glad to see what options we may have to help.
