My email was linked to some guy's rewards account that I do not know so I contacted Best Buy support and the representative stated that he unlinked my email from the guy's account and will submit a ticket to have my purchases transferred to my rewards account. It was suppose to take 7 days from March 17, 2021 the day I purchase my desktop computer. The problem still has not been resolved and I have talk to several representatives as well as supervisor who all guaranteed me in every call that the issue will be resolved in 7 days. The last day I called which was three days ago, i was on the phone for two hours trying to get this resolved. I was transferred from departement to department, put on hold and after holding for 40 minutes the line was disconnected. How can I contact Corporate to file a complaint and get this matter resolved.
