Hi there - has anyone run through the issue where they log into their account and the following has happened:
1. Rewards and status reset to zero while I had close to 30K points.
2. Purchase history disappeared
3. Member ID changed.
This is definitely devastating and wrong when I actually made a purchase less than 24 hrs ago and I cannot even view order history etc.

I can imagine the questions that may have ran through your head after logging into your rewards account to basically find that everything was missing, especially if you had saved up so many points. There are two possible explanations that come to mind as to why your rewards account appears blank. First, perhaps you created a second rewards account and a merge needs to be performed. It's common for a member to end up with more than one rewards account at some point. Second, maybe your rewards account has been cancelled for some reason.
I'd like to take a closer look at your rewards account to find out what exactly happened but will need to first gather a few pieces of information from you, and to accomplish that, I'll be sending you a private message shortly.
