Welcome to our forums. It sounds like there may have been some confusion surrounding the expiration of your reward certificate when you were originally making your purchase, and I’m sorry to hear it’s resulted in your certificate expiring sooner than you were anticipating.
To clarify, reward certificates issued to your account are typically valid for 60 days once they’ve been issued, unless otherwise noted on the certificate. I apologize if this wasn’t explained more clearly at the time of your purchase, but if you have any other questions regarding the expiration of reward certificates, this FAQ article may provide additional insight.
