I don't know how else to say this but I'm very angry over a purchase I made in a local Best Buy store back in October and the points from my purchase have not been added to my account.My phone number, which is attached to this account, has never been used on Best Buy by myself and nothing I can think of can explain why my purchase doesn't appear as points on this account.
Could someone from Best Buy reply to this because I don't know what to do about this.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your October purchase that didn't make it onto your My Best Buy membership.Generally speaking, adding a purchase to your membership, provided it was made after registration, should be a pretty simple process.
