Hi,
I made an online purchase for store pickup and applied my $5 rewards certificate to my order. Later I wanted to buy a different item so I called customer service to check if I would get my $5 reward certificate back if I canceled the order. I was told that I would receive it back in approximately 48 hours.
So, I went ahead and canceled my order and now my rewards certificate shows $0. I see no information in the order that tells me that my $5 certificate will be returned to me. Please help!
My order # is {removed per forum guidelines}
The certificate on the order now shows the following information after I canceled the order. The certificate was for $5
$0.00
