I made my first Best Buy purchase on Jan 25th 2020.
I was supposed to earn 10% rewards on my purchase, as it was the first purchase made on the card.
Instead, I received only ~5% rewards in my email yesterday (Feb. 17).
When I telephoned for help with this they noted that it's "because I have to take delivery of the items to get my extra 5% in rewards".
Possible to get some help checking into this, please?

Regarding rewards status, it’s my understanding that if a Best Buy purchase puts a customer over the Elite or Elite Plus threshold, status will typically update around 20 days after the purchase; for Magnolia purchases, in my experience, the time it takes to update is closer to 30 days. With that said, if your delivery is scheduled out, updates to your account, including posting points, may be delayed until after the delivery.
