I was recently approved for a Best Buy Visa credit card and was emailed a single use 10% off coupon when paying with my new credit card.  I tried to use this coupon code to purchase a TV and soundbar, but got two errors:

"Sorry, we didn’t recognize this promo code. Please make sure it’s valid and not an in-store only promo.

**Sorry, we couldn’t verify the information you provided.** Please try again."

I tried again with different items, on sale, not on sale, but nothing seems to work.  Every dollar count nowadays, so I would like to get some assistance with getting this coupon to work.
