I received a bunch of email offers this month for my Best Buy credit card with an activate button. When I click the button it gives me an error message saying "Sorry, It looks like you are not eligible for this offer". I have made thousands of dollars in purchases under these offers with zero rewards posted. I would these reviewed and corrected. Customer service does not understand my issue and could not resolve.

I would also like to add that this issue has been going on since last year when I had missed out on a bonus offer of receiving up to %25 back in rewards for purchases made at wholesale clubs. Had customer service rep on phone for nearly two hours where no one could assist in getting anything corrected. They also stated that they did not ap have access to the offers which are are emailed to customers and cannot bring up the offer I was referencing.
sadly, I am beginning to think that the offers and rewards are just a scam and may now be looking to get rid of the Citibank card with such outrageous interest rates. How is it such an issue each and every time to get the benefits you are entitled to? Shame on Bets Buy.
