Welcome to our community forums. As a My Best Buy member myself, I know I would want to make sure I am getting the full use out of My Best Buy certificates. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your visit to your local Best Buy store.
As you mentioned, promotion My Best Buy certificates can not be refunded or reissued. With that said, I would like to make sure the management team at our Best Buy Cranberry location is aware of your experience since you have been unable to follow up with them. I will need some more information to do so.
